Consultation’s and bookings

Your first consultation will be booked for 60 to 80 minutes where your medical history
is documented to enable us to gain an understanding of what your health goals and
expectations are.

Once the scan is completed, the key point of the findings will be
explained and a tailored treatment plan presented in a detailed report. We only deal
with natural products of the highest quality and safety and work with top brands like
Metagenics, TFH and more.
Your scan will also show a detailed list of food related sensitivities that will be put in
your feedback report for you to go through and use as a reference for optimal results
especially when dealing with gut or allergy related issues.
If needed a follow-up appointment will be booked to track your progress and make
any changes to your protocol depending on the results. This appointment will be

Remote consultation – online bookings
Should you not be able to visit us in person you are able to book a online
consultation that will be done as follows:

 

•  Contact us via email to request the forms resetmebussiness@gmail.com

•  Complete form and return to us

•  Send a DNA sample of 2 clean toenail clippings as well as 10 strands of hair in a clean sealed zip lock bag. It is very important that only you handle the hair DNA sample.

•  Courier this to C/O Resetme Wellness, Winelands Aesthetics, 92 Main Road, Paarl 7646

As soon as we have received the DNA sample together with your completed forms,
we will contact you to make the appointment via Zoom or Teams to give
you’re the feedback as well as discuss the findings with you.
This will take approximately 7 working days from the time we receive the DNA
sample and your completed forms.
This appointment will be booked for 60 to 80 minutes, and your feedback report will
be emailed to you at the end of the appointment.
